This year has witnessed several intimate celebrity weddings and one more was added to the list on August 14, when producer Rhea Kapoor tied the knot with her longtime partner Karan Boolani in a small private home ceremony at Anil Kapoor’s Juhu bungalow.
Since it was a private ceremony it was attended by only the closest of friends and family members.
The very gorgeous Rhea Kapoor went ahead and added hatke pieces to her bridal trousseau and we just can’t get over it.
Rhea unlike her sister ditched the maroon’s and opted for an ivory-hued Anamika Khanna bridal lehenga that matched her bridal glow to the top. Rhea completed her bridal look with a custom-made veil made of pearls, golden Jhumkas, some heavy Kadas, along a statement necklace.

The couple clad themselves in muted-tone outfits. Where Rhea, a legit fashion queen, ditched the traditional looks and slipped into a chanderi saree from her all-time favorite designer Anamika Khanna.
Rhea picked out the most stunning pearl and polka jewelry pieces from her mom’s coveted jewelry trousseau to complete her wedding look.
However, the eye turner was the pearl veil she wore over her head which was exclusively created by Bhirdichand Jewellers, the veil took the whole look to another level!
Filmmaker Karan Boolani looked elegant as he complimented his ladylove with cactus motif mixed-thread embroidered linen bandhgala with a classic beige kurta and ivory breech pants by Kunal Rawal with a red safa.

The newlyweds hosted a post-wedding party for their close friends and family members. It was a rather casual affair with the bride dressed in a printed kaftan. The couple had a mini cake-cutting ceremony to go onboard with the new beginning!
For the do, Bride Sister Sonam was dressed in a black pleated gown. Janhvi Kapoor added glamour with her shimmery white pants and sequin blue top. Khushi turned up in a white floral dress while Shanaya lifts the bar with her black bodycon separates.
